We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Damages Items MUST BE CHECKED upon receipt. On rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. If you believe it to be broken, then DO NOT SIGN for it. The driver will return it to us & we will then promptly dispatch a new one. We MUST be informed of any transit damage within 7 days of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time.
Checking Goods For Damage For small item deliveries that arrive from couriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words \"Unchecked\" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
Returns
If you change your mind about the product or it doesn’t fit then you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return the item. Goods must be returned in un-opened resalable condition and you will not be refunded until we receive and have checked the goods. Your refund will be issued minus 20% - this is to cover our original delivery costs and restocking fees. The responsibility and cost for arranging delivery of unwanted items rests with you . We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
