Our standard pallet delivery is FREE to most postcodes on the UK mainland, however, pallet deliveries to addresses not on the UK mainland or in highlands of Scotland will incur delivery charges as follows:

Damages
Please be aware of the need to sign for your delivery, and that you arrange for someone to be there to receive your delivery. Please also be aware that for pallet deliveries, you have 15 minutes to check your item and to sign. When you sign for the goods, you are stating that you have received the goods in good condition.
For small item deliveries that arrive from couriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
Items MUST BE CHECKED upon receipt. On rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. If you believe it to be broken, DO NOT SIGN for it. The driver will return it to us & we will then promptly dispatch a new one. We MUST be informed of any transit damage within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by email, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details. All non faulty goods must be returned within 14 days, and will only be accepted if returned undamaged and with their original packaging. We remind the customer that they have a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and should be returned in good condition. You will not be refunded until we receive and have checked the goods. A fee of 15% will apply when returning any non-faulty goods - this is to cover our original delivery costs and restocking fees. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us in good order. You should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage or delivery. It is also advised that you take out carrier insurance when returning goods as goods damaged in transit cannot be resold and therefore cannot be refunded. Once we received and checked the returned items, we will start the refund process.
