About Plumb Bay

Plumb-bay are a Family run Plumbing and Heating Merchant based in Kent.  Father and son Robert and James Wood opened the first branch of Plumb-bay in Penryn, Cornwall.  We had a fantastic opportunity of re-opening a failed Plumbing business in Sittingbourne and quickly opened the doors to supply Trade and Retail in the Sittingbourne and Swale area of Kent. 

The Internet division of the company was growing at a rapid speed, with our award winning Top Seller award, Platinum Power Seller award and over 10’000 positive feedback comments.  Due to the overwhelming success of our eBay shop we moved into a purpose designed location in Staplehurst, Kent but still deliver to Dorset and Cornwall regularly.  We are now investing and working on this website to be the number one resource and one stop plumbing shop.

The Sittingbourne Branch is unable to offer a large showroom, but has some fantastic Special Offers and limited displays.  Sittingbourne can offer good, friendly advice and represents as our Trade Counter with 1000’s of washers, fittings and every day solutions to plumbing problems.

The Staplehurst Branch is our Wholesale Branch with a fantastic showroom, displaying Shower Enclosures, Baths, Toilets, Vanity Basins and Units, Taps and also the Classic Burlington Range.  Staplehurst also offer the everyday plumbing essentials as a side line to the wholesale selling.

Our aim is to buy in bulk and negotiate great deals so we can offer the very best prices.
